1. DATA SECURITY ON THE WEB SITE OF MEP-OLBO GMBH

The company MEP-OLBO GMBH has committed itself, with the organisation of this Web Site, to comply with the applicable legal rules for the protection of personal data and data security. The purpose of the present notice is to define the conditions how MEP-OLBO GMBH collect information from you, how we handle with it and to whom we provide it, if necessary.

By using this Web Site we learn no personal data of you (e.g. name, address, telephone number or E-Mail address) unless the data is put at our disposal voluntarily (e. g. inquiries or applications) or the appropriate legal rules about the protection of your data allows it.

The personal data you put online at our disposal, will be collected, processed and used only for known purposes, unless the collection, process and use is

Furthermore we reserve the right to transmit personal data to other companies of the international MEP-OLBO GMBH-network, should it be necessary, to achieve the purpose for which you have given us the data (e.g. reply to inquiries).

4. LOGGING

The visit on our Web Site will be registered. Registered are the current IP address of your computer, selected Web Sites, browser type, date and time and the operating system of your computer. The data is collected only for the purpose of data security. We will not use this, automatically generated, information for other purposes, particularly for statistic reasons.

5. DATA SAVING

We save personal data transmitted by you only as long as needed to fulfil the purpose for which you have given us the data, if you have agreed actively or as long as this is statutory.

6. SAFE COMMUNICATION

For a safe transmission of your personal data we use a so-called SSL (Secure Socket Layer). This transmission form is accepted, according to the current state of knowledge, as a safe form of data communication. Provided that a transmission without this option takes place, e.g. by E-Mail, it is not a safe transmission.

MEP-OLBO GMBH is keen to take technical and organisational preventive measures to protect your personal data against unintended or illegal deletion, change or loss and against unauthorized circulation or unauthorized accesses. Our staff is obliged accordingly to secrecy and data security.

We use Cookies only during the stay on our Web Sites. They contain pure technical information, no personal data and will be removed as soon as you leave the Web Site. 11. CHILDREN

The Web Site of MEP-OLBO GMBH is not defined to approach children under the age of 14. Personal data of children will not consciously be collected or saved.

The constant technical advancement in the field of IT-technology and Internet also requires an adaptation of the existing data security statement. We therefore reserve the right to complement or change the present data security statement. The current version of this statement is dated 01.06.2006.
